Its aim is to offer a helicopter perspective on many things related to business and life. Helping people do that is what I do best. That’s not an arrogant way of suggesting I possess some deep wisdom. It’s an honest way of saying that, in my experience (across 40 countries and 4 continents) if we want to make progress–if we want to move ahead–we must avoid getting caught up in the challenges, side-trips and false paths that come our way. Instead we should try to identify and manage all those factors that will help us achieve our goals while keeping our eyes fixed on what matters most. That’s the Big Picture View!
